Aetherial Wheel Stand interface "Less than 1 hour remaining" text runs into "99%"

When charging an aetherial wheel on an aetherial wheel stand, when the time remaining is less than an hour, the text "Less than 1 hour remaining" is too long for the interface and collides with the progress bar percentage.

I've noticed little things like this on the UI myself. It's really distracting when you have a character at a higher level with higher numbers, the chain bonus message collides with the number for exp a little.

That's a separate issue, and may not be an issue anymore in two weeks at least.
