Can't unlock SHB hunts? (Nuts to You)

EDIT: Turns out the NPC that gives out Nuts to You isn't at the hunt board at all. He's way down in the southern end of Crys, near the markets and inn. If only the game had bothered to mention that, instead of making it sound like I needed to talk to Xyl or Ilf...

Hi everyone.

I've been banging my head at an imaginary wall for half an hour now trying to figure out how to unlock the hunts in Crystarium for some Ronkan glam gear.

If I attempt to talk to either Xylle or Ilfroy, they brush me off and tell me to do Travellers of Norvrandt and Elite and Dangerous - both of which I have completed in my journal.

I can't seem to find out what's missing here exactly - I have never dont any hunts, and just unlocked all of it (or so I thought) late one night before heading off to bed. I've visited every hunting board and can take elite marks on all of them, and none of the hunt NPCs in Idyll, Foundation, Kugane or Reach has anything for me.

What am I missing? I'm going slightly insane here. :confused::D
