Losing packets on Primal/Exodus.

For the last few days I have noticed lag spikes when playing.

I started to investigate today. I did a tracert then I started a manual ping on every part of the route at regular intervals. I also did a ping to Google Canada to make sure it wasn't just my connection.

This is part of the route that's relevant:

The first failed ping in the route I got was from ae-2.r25.snjsca04.us.bb.gin.ntt.net. Then it was from 204.2.229.230 and then 204.2.229.10.

xe-0-1-0-1-1.r00.scrmca02.us.ce.gin.ntt.net doesn't respond to any ping at all so I assume it doesn't process them.

I did not receive a response to a ping request from 1:33:24PM to 1:34:12PM.

Same problem on and off for weeks. It's the NTT network again and I think today it's their Chicago link. So if you're east of Chicago then you might be getting routed though there and having this problem.
