Weapon glow adjustable?

Hi, i was wondering if there is any solution for too much glow on the Weapons.
I got my TEA Weapon and it's very pretty in the preview-window. But when equiped, it shines so bright, that no details are visible anymore. It makes me sad.

I don't have any 3rd party program. It's only my regular NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070.

It'd be awesome to have some way to adjust it.
Any suggestions?
