Just noticed this while doing the hunt dailies: My Ninki and Huton guages zero out when I make a zone change either by going through a zone portal, or teleporting, but the builder's cooldowns keep running, making it harder to restore these, such as Mug, which restores 40 Ninki. Please, don't wipe our buffs when porting around.
