Unable to login character on Tonberry

Server: Tonberry

I was in a dungeon The Antitower, and I got disconnected. I tried to relogin and got the error message: Connection with the server was lost. 90002

This was 24hours ago. I have tried several troubleshooting methods suggested on google and in this forum, and nothing works.

However, I can log into characters on other servers. This means its not any network problem, probably something corrupted on that particular character profile.
I have logged a ticket in game on my other characters, but have yet to get any response.

Please help.

Its been 48 hours and I have tried re-installing the game and also logging in from a different computer. Nothing works.
My main character is still not able to log into the game.

Please help. :(

Its been 4 days since I cannot login to my main character. I have exhausted all kinds of methods, even unorthodox ways like sacrificing lalas to the mighty Placodus in the Rothlyt Seas. :(

Really appreciate any kind of help to set my main character free.
