Error 30002

Yeah, getting this error just from logging on.

I get this quite often since 1.22, it's probably the most annoying thing. Having a laptop for a reason, being restricted to one sitting area seems to defeat the purpose. Lol.

I'm getting the same error, I'm in the inn in LL.

I don't know if this will help the dev team any, but it might help you guys. I fixed it by pulling out another computer and signing on that one, zoning out of my room and back into a new one, and I was able to sign on all my systems after that.

I signed off last night by hecking the bed.

Now I can't check anything in Ul'dah, if I try to go to any of the Merc. Wards to search for an item in any of the cities the game crashes (both on my laptop and my desktop) same 30002 error.

A reboot fixed it for me. I was in the Market Wards when game crashed... after reboot and login I was in that empty Ward with 4 others... perhaps Ward crash?? /odd

The same thing just happened to me this morning. I went to the Ul'dah wards in Limsa, spoke to the npc, and the game locked up. I could still chat with the linkshell, but all menus and other icons had vanished. Restarted the game, and have been getting error 30002 ever since. Impending emergency maintenance on the market wards?

30002 means "Unable to communicate with server" which means...
1) Server is down (in which case just wait)
2) Packet unable to reach server (cables cut, server nodes down)...etc

Im in markets getting this error and can not log in please fix this or move me so i can play?
