Wondrous Tails "keep loading" bug

Steps:
1. Take new Wondrous Tails after weekly renew, open it.
2. A loading icon keep showing on the middle of the quest section (12 boxes area)
3. Places that suppose to have contexts or pictures are all empty, such as quest section, Second Chance's number, left bottom area's contexts, label's number (keep showing 0/9), Reward List, etc.
4. I finished a 80Lv dungeon, still can receive message that I cleared a mission from it and currently have 8 points of Second Chance. I assume it is just a template's problem.
5. I rebooted the game and change language a few times, but the problem is still here.

i do also encounter the same issue, i am wondering if i discard the tails can fix the problem but i am fear about i cannot get the new one for this week

update: i do tried discard the book and NPC said i can only receive one book per week, so I am unable to get a new one to solve the bug until new Tues.
