Suggestion: HUD Layout Test Mode

While in HUD Layout mode, it would be nice to have a mode that enables all the elements so they you can adjust them with those elements filled with dummy values/elements.

e.g.#1 For Target Info (Status) allow us to show a full bar of target debuffs, so we can adjust the element without targeting anything.

e.g.#2 For Target Info (Progress Bar) allow us to show a dummy progress bar that is constantly filling up without actually targeting anything

e.g. #3 For Party List, allow us to have a placeholder party that is continuously casting and has fake buffs/debuffs, without us having to join an actual party.

e.g. #4 Show a full Limit Gauge without being in an actual Full Party.

It would make UI adjustment a lot nicer when you are solo without having to be inside the actual content to make adjustments.
