NG+ post-dungeon disconnection issues

What it says on the tin. An internet disconnect during the post-dungeon scene after Grand Cosmos broke NG+.

Date & Time: Initially encountered Tuesday Oct 23; attempted workaround Nov 6
Frequency: Persistent
World name: Midgardsomr (Aether)
Character name: Iris Hyakuya
Class/Level: RDM 80
Party or solo: Both
Area and coordinates: Lakeland/Grand Cosmos
Steps:
1. Playing SHB part 3 on NG+, clear Grand Cosmos on Trust.
2. During post-dungeon cutscene, had an internet disconnection.
3. Upon reconnecting, dungeon was not marked as completed in journal/quest progression; however, trust NPCs were gone from the dock and dungeon could not be run as "scenario" trust while in NG+ mode.
4. Logged in and out again; still no trust NPCs.
5. Tonight, ran dungeon through Duty Finder in NG+ mode. This also did not trigger the completion mark in NG+ mode (yes I did run the dungeon in NG+ mode, I've dealt with the "you must be in NG+ for it to count" thing before).
6. Have restarted NG+ chapter and hoping that will resolve the issue, but that's still a fairly critical kind of bug to the progression of things that I figured you guys would want to know about.

Sorry for adding to your work load right before EW. Probably has something to do with the exact cascade of completion flags but that is the full extent of my coding knowledge.
