Has the Endwalker delay also delayed the Perfect Alexander shirt?

I preordered my shirt last month, with the confirmed date on the 19th November as my shipping date. Has the delay of Endwalker affected this item in particular so that it's shipping at the same time as Endwalker items? Or will this shirt ship on November 19th, regardless of the delay on Endwalker?

I'm kinda wondering if this affects other pre-orders as well like the collector's box.

I think it should be fine with preorders if there is a delay in shipping out the collector boxes though no doubt let us know haven't received anything at the moment but just keep watch on it it's my suggestion.
