FFXIV should come with a form of crash reporting that automatically generates a stack and asks the user if they wish to submit it.
It should allow SE to pinpoint errors faster and cut down on time spent on debugging.

If FFXIV already comes with this mechanism and has been silently sending out crash and system information, then it is a violation of user rights. The user needs to have control over whether they wish to send out this information.
