[LFM][Elemental][Midcore][6.X Savage]

We are a group of friends looking to clear 6.0 content together. We are all experienced raiders (most ,if not all, E1-E12S & Ulti clears) but have limited time to play as most of us are working.

Recruiting:
Melee DPS x 1 - NIN/DRG/MNK

Goals:
- We are looking to clear the tier within 1 to 2 months, but most importantly we want to have fun & to make time consistently to clear runs together
- Upon clearing the tier, we will continue on to gear alt classes and try out other content.
- We will be gearing based on BiS, with DPS to gear as priority then Tanks and finally on to Healers. We will request for your BiS gear list by the 1st week.

Schedule:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday [9 PM - 12 AM GMT+8]
- Prog (1st/2nd week) will include a 4th ad-hoc day

Expectations:
Given our limited time schedule, we take our raiding time together seriously.
- Be punctual (online 5-10 mins before raid) or let us know in advance if you cannot make it or will be late
- Be self-independent on studying up on fight mechanics, do your homework
- Crafting your own food/gear/pots is a bonus but we have omnicrafters in the static to help out as long as you provide mats that are harder to obtain.
- Fully crafted (pentamelded) gear for prog
- Mic for Discord voice comms
- Be consistent and have a good understanding of your class kit, able to take feedback & strive to improve yourself.
- Be patient and understanding, toxicity will not be tolerated. (Don't be an ass)
- Pugging to practice on off days allowed with some caveats

About us:
- We have a relaxed friendly atmosphere, love to laugh and joke with each other in-between pulls, but we get serious once the countdown starts!
- Mostly comprised of SEA players
- All of us are working adults, we are responsible (mostly!) & willing to work hard
- A few of us are streamers who will clip portions in order to analyze our mistakes. Let us know if that will be an issue.
- Cleared final SHB raid tier together but have been raiding as friends long before
