Constant crashes in random dungeons.

Last week, when I decided to teleport to the gold saucer, the game randomly decided to hard crash while giving me a dx11 error messages. And crashes again The moment I logged back in. I look up what it is and decided to switch to dx9, still crash. Which could mean dx11 isnt the culprit. Decided to fresh reinstall. Was fine for the whole night, until the very next morning, the game randomly crash again. I then try to do more trouble shooting solutions from the internet. Update/Reinstall graphic driver. Disabled all overlay etc..

Reinstalled again. This time, I crashes on mt gulg and alphascape v1.0 with no error messages. Repeat the same trouble shooting step with no luck.

One more reinstall. And once again, was fine. And then yesterday, on my 3rd run in the final nier raid, the game decided to crash on the last boss, and any attempt of reentering the game would be met with more crashes, and the only way to get back in was getting kicked or the boss fight was over and just an empty arena. Weird thing is that the first 2 runs was perfectly normal. Did more troubleshooting for no result. At this point, i got really tired of it so i decided to just ignore and not doing nier raid anymore.

Then, today, while doing Rabanastre 24 mans raid. moving to the 3rd boss, the game crashes. And this raid was perfectly fine a few days ago as well. This time, it does throw me an error message.

After a week struggling with this, I got really fed up, so I decided to make a post to get help

System info:
-CPU: i5 8600
-RAM: 16 GB DDR3
-GPU: Nvidia GTX 1660
-Windows 10
-DirectX11
-External HD

What I have tried:
- Reinstall/update graphic driver.
- Changes between borderless, full screen, windowed mode.
- Playing in dx9
- Multiple reinstallation of the game.
- Disabled all Overlay.
- Probably few more that i dont remember right now

We suggest to perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and selecting the 'Start up' Tab. Then, Disable everything. Additionally, can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display'. Lastly, does this only happen with one particular character/world? Or, multiple ones?
