How about airships housing (instance based?) .... Quest chain to unlock, then you can build it... gather mats, expand, customize.... obviously huge amount of resources go into building an airship :p
Ability to move your airship from local to local (cool down? Travel time) where while on deck can see local in the background?
none of this auction bs please... I hate that so much.....

We'll be getting Island Sanctuaries with Endwalker - those might solve the housing-issue, at least a little bit. So... look forward to not getting a personal airhsip, but a personal floating island?
