Unable to progress during AST quest duty "Ewer Right"

There is an issue with the solo duty in the AST job quest "Ewer Right - Seek out Leveva in Rathefrost" wherein if a certain enemy is defeated during a specific spell cast, the duty will stall and will not progress further.

3. Defeat enemy "Bandit Leader" during "Summoning Rite" cast
4. The duty will stall and will not progress further
