Could try contacting Fernhalwes (Michael-Christopher Koji Fox) on twitter and telling him you've made such a guide, maybe with a google doc link to it? Or just generally posting the link on twitter with the appropriate tags.
But you could have better luck getting it seen by starting an appropriate thread for it on the forums. Either here in the lore forum or in general discussion, probably.
I do know Yoshi has a big noticeboad of player-made fanart and fan letters friom around the world mounted on a wall in his office (as it was shown during an interview as I recall) that he uses to remind himself of just how much this game has touched so many players and to keep his esteem and morale up when problems are plaguing him.
I think the best bet is to address it directly to Square Enix in Japan, their contact details should be on their website, and they'd be able to forward it onward to the FFXIV team.
Sometimes they have a segment for player questions at FanFests. Past that I dunno.
In this spirit, found this:
SQUARE ENIX CO., LTD.
Location: SHINJUKU EASTSIDE SQUARE 6-27-30 Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo 160-8430, Japan
Phone: +81-3-5292-8100(Main)
And Yoshida/FF14 is Creative Business Unit 3, I think? So, you could put that for the "ATTN:" bit.

I mean you just got to love it when people do this right
