Last Nier Quest not showing up?

Sorry I don't use the forums that often so not sure if this is the best place to ask for help, but I've been trying to finish the Nier Raid quests and I just finished what I thought was the last quest only to find out there is one more called Whence the Heart Leads.

I've looked all over but I can't find this quest anywhere. I've got all 6 Konoggs messages but still the quest doesn't even show up. Unlike other quests that are red when you don't have the requirements, this one just doesn't exist. The Dig site chief who is supposedly the one to give the quest according to the wiki just says "Konoggs..." every time I talk to him.

Am I missing something? I want the achievement and the music scroll that comes with it but I can't find this quest anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: Never mind I found it, sorry was an idiot, it was in my journal all along.
