An idea/project suggestion

So I was talking in my fc, the thought came up on a possible solution for housing/population. Which could even help ecomany of the game.

Waiting to pop one zone and adding new systems is a poorly placed band-aid.

So i was thinking why not making it a project every 2/3 years to pick 3 zones and add housimg to each and release them on them half year mark.

I dont think the system or adding one zone when ever is a fix, more of a band/aid.

Next maybe add new worlds at this point and place a population limit upon reaching lock it even transfers until you can controll the supply of certain things then lift it. With our current population id say we could use with 3 new worlds on each database.
