Do you need a token every time you wipe out your game drive and then sign back into FF14 after reinstall sorry this has been asked multiple times getting tired of having to change password just because its the not the same computer name or what ever

Yes, this is how 2FA (two-factor authorization) works. Every fresh log-in requires it.

I may be ignorant about what you're referring to.. but 2FA is used everytime you login anyway.. not installation necessarily.. and I can't think of anything I need to verify when I install that's different from when I login. I load the "loader", put in my Account name, password and token number and the game re-installs. I don't need to change any of that.. just enter it.
Do you have 2FA on your account or is there some steam/console aspect I'm unaware of?

I wish it would simply remember my PC for a while.
I like how the blizzard launcher remembers my PC forever until i willfully sign out of the thing. Wish i could see that here. -

I would like to see the game/launcher saves your PC data so that you don't have to login again after first 2FA.
Yeah, Blizzard launcher, Epic Games Store and Steam remembers my login when I have automatic login enabled on my PC. -
