Steps:
1. I recently noticed that I am missing my Thug's Mug quest reward from the Breaking Brick Mountains collaboration in-game event.
2. I tried to locate the item through the Calamity Salvager NPC, but cannot seem to find it in the available listed items.
3. I also tried to complete the event quests again, but also was not able to claim the reward.
4. After submitting an in-game support ticket, I was told that the item could not be recovered.
5. I was told by the in-game support to make a post here on the forums.
6. I made a post on the technical forums.
7. I was told I could not be assisted on the technical support forums and to instead make a post here on the bug reports forums.
8. I am very disappointed that I cannot retrieve this item and I am even more confused as to why this particular item is not available on the Calamity Salvager.

Try /isearch Thug

Check your Armoire, Glamour Dresser, retainers and chocobo saddle bag.

I have already tried /isearch, and have also manually checked all of the possible storage places. Thanks for trying to help out, though. I know many people are not aware of the /isearch feature.
