This npc is involved in two quests.

You could try talking to the npc without the quest marker and see what happens. Check you have done the prerequisite quests.

Both of those. They are not in my journal. And there is nothing at snowflix also.

Can you describe how you ran into this problem?

I assume you picked up the quest "The Paths We Walk" https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodes...t/f01419fe7f4/

Then followed it to "The Oaths We Swear" and are stuck on this quest because "sultansworn elite" does not have a quest marker?

As far as I can tell, all posts on these forums are public.
There is no way to private post or post specifically to the GMs.
