Community team help

So I've been trying to get in touch with the community team for a while now with no success so far. The reason why I'm doing it here is because I'm pretty sure my wife is not on the forums so here goes...

About 6 years ago I met the love of my life through FFXIV online since we where both big fans. But since we lived some distance apart we kept in touch via the game untill she finally moved in with me. She is truly special to me and since we met through the game I came up with idea to propose to her on the FFXIV stage at Gamescom. In the end she said yes and now in February 2022 will be our 5th anniversary.

With FFXIV being such a big part of our life and marriage I would like to ask the community team to help me come up with an idea to make it
truly special.

I'm not sure if you'll be able to get in touch with the community team here per se, BUT we here on the forums could probably lend a helping hand!

I know plenty of couples who do vow renewals on their fifth anniversary... perhaps you could do something like that with a Ceremony of Eternal Bonding IRL? Get decorations as close as possible, get a dress/suit as close as possible (would probably be cheaper to make the dress yourselves, and it could be a learning opportunity and make it feel more special too since there's love and care put into every stitch!) and renew your vows under the guiding light of the Twelve. ♥

I agree with Milkie's idea: A RL CoEB would both show off the mutual love of the game, and your love for each other!

You can always celebrate with in game events as well. Not sure what your World is but if it's an RP based one like Balmung you can probably make a grand event out of the whole thing!

The reason I did this via forum is that I got in contact with them like this in the past as well for the proposal.
I do really like the idea of renewing our vows that's something I had on my mind as well. But initially I was thinking about gifting her something FFXIV themed, otherwise I'll just have to get a little more creative

There are a lot of FFXIV themed items, try the square enix store or etsy.

It's unlikely you can do what you did before because of the pandemic.
