Dressed to Deceive Bug

I'm trying to complete this quest, but when I talked to Ermegarde at Camp Drybone it didn't register as my fifth person spoken to so I can't complete the quest.

I've sent in two tickets through the game, but I haven't received any response.

How do I get this fixed?
This is a main storyline quest.

Try talking to Thancred. If that doesn't work, see if there is a meteor symbol nearby on the map and locate the final person to speak to.
