Suggestion: Party Level Sync

Hi everyone,

My suggestion here is to be able to create a party and then synchronize party members levels to the lowest level member.

For example: player A starts fresh from level 1 and player B wants to help him through quests and overworld battles. However, player B has no more level 1 class/job to play with player A.
If both players create a party together, would it be possible to have a "Sync Party" button somewhere in the Party Members menu to synchronize player B to player A's level?

I don't know how easy/hard it would be to implement this feature, I just base the feasibility on the fact that when you enter a F.A.T.E. you are on the overworld map and you still get prompted to synchronize to a required level.

I don't know either if it would be as useful as I imagine but it has been a stepback for many of my friends to not be able to do everything with me from the very beginning. Even if level 15 dungeon is not that far, it's still a little way to go alone without your acquaintances.
