I thought we were getting this in 1.22, standing at the hamlet looking for a party right now and getting no luck.
Yes I'm using search and shouting, but a LFP icon would be so much easier :(
It can't be that hard to add this can it ?

Did they say it was planned for 1.22? must have missed it
wouldnt count on seeing this till 1.22b if even then. they have a bunch of stuff coming in a already andjust found out about broken Garuda that probably has priority over LFP icon
Its actually not that hard a thing to add, its basicly (correct me if i'm wrong, I have very little programming exp) an if statment saying if character status = looking for party use lfp and an elseif saying do nothing. (where character, status and lfp are variables for character, possible online status and lfp links to an image of the lfp flag)
Or they could just copy and paste the code from the /away flag and modify it.
I too miss the green flaggle. Hopefully need patch they squeeze it in.
IF you just want the flag next to your name thats one thing, but implementing it into search for people to find you would be completely different. they would have to add a new boolean to your character on the server to indicate whether or not ur flag is up and then change the SQL statement to search for that flag and then alter the results to display them. just the icon doesnt really do much unless youre standing right next to the people that you want to group with.
^ The icon already appear in the search.
You mean just like the repairs icon or new materia request icon they added ?Quote:

You are indeed correct though, but standing outside Ifrit/Garuda/Moogle/AV/CC/DH/TR and Hamlet would be enough reason to add it surely ?
