Making my deceased friend an NPC so that he may live on

His username was Taiga Ookami from Light Twintania, he passed on the 18th of July from 2 epileptical attacks during the night and was found the next morning by his roommate. He was a dear friend and a Eureka fanatic, i don't know how many Baldesion arsenal runs he helped the community with but it was a lot. Its gonna be 3 months now and the pain has been swelling each and every day, i've tried doing harder content to not think about it but i've reached a point where it started affecting me at work. GM Llyraedes pointed me to this forum to start a new thread and i'm hoping from the depth of my heart that making Taiga into an NPC would be a reality, i don't know how it usually works but please, if anyone can do it, i beg of you to give him a chance to live on in the game he loved so much.
