The Ties That Bind Quest Help?

Both my partner and I wish to undertake the quest The Ties That Bind, but are unable to. When we speak to Claribel she repeats the requirements, but both of us have met them.

Both characters
- Are Lvl50
- Have the Wristlets Equipped in Unison
- Are in a party together
- Are present before Claribel
- Have completed the MSQ The Scions of the Seventh Dawn

Neither of us can accept the quest. Anything?
