[LFM][MC][6.0 static][long-term group]

We are recruiting static members for 6.0 raid progression followed by reclears (min. 8 weeks for mounts and BiS gear).
Candidates interested in long-term group for future raids are welcome.

Schedule (GMT+8):
Tuesday: 10PM – 12AM
Wednesday: 8:30PM – 12AM
Friday: 9PM – 12AM
Monday 8:30PM – 12AM
Note 1: Possible extra raids over weekends if all the members are willing and available.
Note 2: No raids will be organized during Christmas period (24th – 26th December).

We offer:
1. Experienced members that have cleared previous raids at patch release.
2. Organized raid schedule and distribution of loot for BiS gear (for primary raiding job followed by a chosen alt job).
3. Efficient and friendly atmosphere focused on maintaining reasonable progression (clear is expected within 5 weeks at most).

Requirements:
1. Preparation outside of scheduled raid times (studying the fights/mechanics, food/pots, crafted gear, punctuality)
2. Joining VC on Discord and taking active part in progression (discussions of strategy, solving recurring mistakes, etc.).
3. Ability to perform at a level that allows clearing the fights in early weeks.
4. Consistency in execution of mechanics.
5. All prospective members will be trialed within the first two weeks of 6.0 release. Trials will focus on new primals to test mechanical awareness and group synergy.
