newbie help needed

Hey all really enjoying the game so far except for one tiny thing and it could be user error but I'm not sure. So here it is, i bought a white devil mount cause why not looked awesome and it fly's gtg. Now yes i received the item in the mog delivery and yes i took the token, whistle whichever it was. Now im 48 almost 49th lvl in Mor Dhona did my rescue mission and so on. opened my inventory used said token to activate poof disappeared so good to go right lol nope opened my mount tab and poof no white devil it says i have 2 mounts but the chocobo is the only one present. Sooooo am i missing something do i have to complete up to some point in the game? Should i sell my soul to some random demon? Now i emailed them about my concern they reponed with all good on our end ask in game. So thats all fine and good but i still havent gotten any answers that are actually helpful. No if this is the case then im very sorry and ok, but it feels like kind of a brush off. Any ways im here and hoping that someone can help.

Switch tabs from your favourite tab to the 1st actual page of mounts. Should be there, especially if it’s saying you have two.

I checked your mounts on the lodestone and it is there.
