I finished th Beckon Of The Elementals quest and the npc told me to go find the Forest Hermit in the Waking Sands. Everytime i go to the market area the Waking Sand zone does not appear. I did this on my old character and it popped up right away. Possibly a bug? Or if it moved where did it move to?

Step 1: I finished beckon of the elementals and Miounne told me to visit the kind Hermit in the waking sands.
Step 2: I traveled to Ul'dah to the market wards and when the list of places i can warp to appeared the waking sands was not among them.
Step 3: I am a high enough level for this quest and before the update had done this on my old char without a problem.
