Yes, yes, I know, 'congestion' but .. on one of my legacy accounts I have 4 characters on Phoenix so why can't I create another one there?
It's patently obvious I can only play one at a time so it doesn't matter one jot which it would be as far as server population is concerned.
So why are they doing this when it can't help at all to alleviate server load, it just simply serves to aggravate paying customers.
