Unexpected Error, Exiting FFXIV when within The Rising Stones

Hello, I have been having trouble with an Unexpected Error recently. It started to occur when starting the Prelude in Violet quest when the game sends you to rising stones for a cutscene and the next step of the quest. This has been the only time it has happened to me in over month and happens every time now. I Uninstalled and reinstalled the game which allowed me to view the cutscene but as soon as the game tried to load in my character to the rising stones, the error occurred. Now I can't even log into the world as my character is currently in The Rising Stones and the error occurs now when I try and load into the server. As I stated earlier, reinstalling didn't seem to work so I don't know what I can exactly do now to fix the problem.

I apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. As the issue appears to be only occurring with a specific character, could you try deleting the locally saved content in the following folder location: My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV?

Please reply back with your findings and if the issue may be resolved as a result.
