Joining Leap of Faith immidately after start, Empty Instance, noone joins

Steps:
1. Wait till leap of faith starts
2. Instantly join the queue as soon as possible
3. Join, and you get a completely empty instance, all for yourself, and nobody will join that instance.

Bug Description:
When queuing for a leap of faith instance, at the same time as the admission period begins, you join an empty instance, but nobody else is able to join that instance.

Maybe they just added additional GATE servers which seemed to be needed because people would queue for them and wait 15-25 minutes just to get in. If the other one reached capacity you might have been the only one over capacity.

The other possibility is nobody else is doing it but I doubt that.
