1: DPS -> Does not pull
2: DPS -> Stays behind the tank in case they don't pull
3: If it lives it dies. adds first, mechanics second, boss third. just imagine your blood-crazy serial killer. wants everyone/everyone turning name tag turn gray. cause if adds spawn normally means its a mechanic time
4: Happy Mechanic time - every boss has this. very rare that's its complete tank and spank. its your job as do mechanics if you don't you put whole team at risk.
5. less talking more phew phew - if your wasting your time typing up a storm then your not paying attention might end up getting yourself killed or better yet someone else killed
6. learn to dodge! red-things on the ground aren't swimming pools. and using concept of healers adjust cause you didn't move out red-circles in time. is clearly your mistake from not moving out of. - dead dps is worthless dps.
7. don't lol dragoon. this isn't a diss towards dragoon. use abilities that knock them off platforms this can be redmage. a bard and now ninja as well
8. crystal data center is very bad data new players. but hey if you like rp and standing around doing nothing or having ppl who are level76 still in realm reborn/HW content this is place for you. dont you dare say its not true. cause you go into duty finder you have healers crying that your pulling two big when pull only 1 group or a tank that doesn't know what an aoe is though he has 4 level80s level of trolling. on other side of spec don't join aether either thats were all the elitist go

Of course, you would be this kind of person. Let me explain how your guide fails, point by point.
1: tanks have access to a ranged attack that gives more emnity/aggro than most skills, an AoE skill (combo in later levels) that can hit multiple enemies for aggro, a Provoke that puts them on top of an enemy's aggro list while giving aggro equal to a 2000 potency attack as well, and a Tank Mastery trait that makes tank stance give waaaaaay more aggro to everything. There's no reason why a tank shouldn't be able to pull off a dps anyways, especially since the "you pull you tank" mentality is considered griefing, which is potentially banworthy, iirc.
2: see point 1.
3: there are some instances where you don't want to kill the add, such as the Minotaur boss in Fractal Continuum, or the special Faust in A9 normal where he must die at a specific point. Hell, A4S has to deal with the Faust minions in a specific way, or they wipe.
4: this is true to an extent. There are some, keyword SOME, mechanics you can ignore or avoid completely depending on your ilvl, or if you run it unsynced.
5: maybe the person was typing out mechanics for someone during the duty, it happens more often than you think.
6: you do have a point, but not all attacks can be avoided, and some people's latency might cause them to be hit by an attack, even when it looked like they avoided it. Plus, in some cases, people have been pulled into the avoidable stuff by a healer's Rescue either by accident or trolling.
7: that lol dragoon move some jobs have? Can be useful for avoiding AoEs, and in the case of SAM and RDM, they deal damage as well, so there's no harm in doing it. Just practice using it so you have an idea of how far it sends you.
8: Crystal is not as bad as you claim. Yea, they're more known for RP, mostly because Balmung and Mateus are so open bout it, but that doesn't mean they can't actually raid and do high end content like other DCs. You just gotta put yourself out there and be willing to learn with others. And Aether might have "elitists" as you call them, but every server has them too, you just gotta find them.

but I also disagree DPS/Heal run ahead and pull without first trying to discuss with the tank for bigger pull
DF put 4 random strangers together and will probably wont see each other again in short time
show some basic respect to each other. Tank try to pull as much as you can, dps and heal try to talk with the tank first if the pull is too small/big -

didn't put learn your rotation on captain obvious guide, cause that's more advanced. we talking about players who have iq 50 or below. have be taught how to open menu's or who think wold dps something erotic. who thinks doing main story or gaining experience is something dreadfully harmful to them cant count how many players who are higher 70s still in arr cause simply doing msq is to hard of a function for these people. I ran into damage dealers who like start bosses without the tank or healer. then get mad at why they died. there are players who have lvl80s still dont know what limit break is yes
Yes I play on Balmung. there for I know how bad crystal data center can be cause I live it everyday keeps getting dumber. not saying everyone in bulmung has 50 iq there are some can play there jobs correctly decent enough to complete 4 man dungeon however thats like only sim 27% of balmung. rest is 73% have to teach them what end of the sword goes wear. i mean people get thrown in gm jail for trying help people. helping people is bad thing in balmung or crystal data center cause helping people means your toxic. so we got to report helpful people we cant be having that.
then you have aether watch is complete opposite of the scale. high level toxicity on that data center. like all the top guilds own the houses even thou they don't if you buy a house they flame you have everyone on serve harass you. these are worst of the worst people. most statics are filled 7 racists and 1 e-girl. and of course the gm's on the server won't do anything. even when they have proof. cause a lot of them are streamers as long they are streamers they get free pass at breaking code of conduct. if you don't have max parce on level 15 dungeon. they flame and troll after they remove you league/dota levels of toxicity -

As for rotations, those should be worked on as soon as it is possible to have a rotation. Because that gets you in a good habit of following a rotation instead of having to unlearn not following a rotation. Muscle memory is a thing, after all.
