Ye of little faith - NPC Alboise is not showing up

Steps:
1. went into Main Scenario Quest Ye of little faith
2. delivered first letter for quest
3. Went to Alboise location, the NPC Alboise was not there, has not spawned for 2 days now.
4. Tried reboot/relog options, nothing spawns npc.
5. And since then my Daily leveling roulette doesn't work either.

Are you going in the door on the right past the Delivery Moogle? Your Z axis indicates you are on the floor above where the NPC is located.

Suposedly is the npc near cid, and does kot appear

Since NPC locations in quests can often be quest specific (ie. They move around) I can't verify that as I'm currently finished all of MSQ, however Alboise is currently located at X:13.1 Y:15.5 *Z:0.7*, which is on the ground floor of that building, if you pass to the right of the Moogle, behind a fire pit. It's also the location indicated the quest information "After returning to you your letters, he suggests that you speak with Ser Alboise in the store room". Standing here now and seeing a quite few ppl going in and out of there so maybe have a peek just in case.
