I play on controller and i have my stick sensitivity at max. and am little sad cause still to slow. is there anyway they can crank up the movement speed think this is pretty important upgrade. i do not really like keyboard and mouse personally so it be nice if they made controller stick speed turning speed faster .
still think its hardware issue cause at max speed it doesn't turn at fast as it should
You're sure you're adjusting the controller camera speed and not just the stick sensitivity, correct?

The "Stick Sensitivity" setting in the System Configuration -> Gamepad Settings menu is actually not a sensitivity slider, but a deadzone slider.
I know, makes no sense. But anyway, that's how it is. So if you put that slider up to 100 your controller probably feels gross or broken. Realistically, you should put that "sensitivity slider" as low as possible before your character starts picking up ghost movements, to make the deadzone as low as possible to allow for maximum stick input range. I have mine set to 5.
The setting in the picture that Averax shared above is the setting you're looking for if you want to make the camera spin faster when moving the stick.
