Housing item slots

I love to finish my houses and I find I barely have enough slots to make it look finished.
I've seen several good looking houses were 1 or more rooms were "sacrificed/locked off" in order to get the slots required to make a house look nice which often does not even leave slots to decorate the house for events such as halloween or christmas.

I can understand SE put a cap on the items so people with weak internet or bad pc systems wouldn't suffer... but in doing so they are making fans suffer with limitations.
It's kinda rediculous to punish everyone simply cuss some systems may be outdated.

Therefor to not discriminate anyone (anymore) I suggest the following:
Small house - add 25 item slots
Medium house - add 50 item slots
Large house - add 100 item slots
(make sure its balanced for apartments)

Now to deal with slow load/lag based on slow internet connections or slow GPU's I would introduce a separate draw distance option for inside buildings where only the current room and whatever may be in sight gets drawn/textured while everything else would only load when you look at it from far away. This system would show some glitches (load lags at room transition) once in a while but they should remain minimal. I've seen this system implemented in other platforms and it worked quite effective. People with fast connections & decent GPU's should notice these lag transitions less or not at all "obviously"

I believe that with this system we could make houses look finished without discriminating people with slower connections or an unfinished looking house.

YoshiP already stated back around Shadowbringers launch that increasing interior item limits was on their list of things to do for housing. Hopefully it will be part of the housing updates we get when Ishgard opens in 6.1.

thats not enough, small +100, medium +150, large + 200

If we start adding house inventory they better ad slots for the yard too. I just need a measily 5-10 extra slots to make my garden nice and detailed.

Need to remember that an increase of 5 per plot means an increase of 150 to the ward/subdivision, which is going to increase load time and lags for players trying to enter housing. It already takes some players a couple of minutes to load due to their internet connection and using a PS4 or older PC. SE is not going to want to make that worse.

I doubt an increase to outdoor furnishing will happen until after PS4 support is dropped and minimum PC requirements are increased.

I agree entirely but something tells me this may be too much for people with bad GPU's who can't upgrade their systems (or have slow internet).
But if they implement a system that does not render anything out of view... I suppose you could increase it even more without issues.
