White scrips... Where to get them?

Everywhere I go that rewards scrips, the only type of scrip I seem to have access to is the yellow variety. I mean, EVERYTHING that rewards scrips is just yellow scrip. Do you need to do something other than be level 80 with the gatherer/crafter in question? I've looked around for hours now, and all I can find are guides on farming or 12 year old info, but nothing on how to actually "unlock" access to white scrips. I've traveled to all the major cities and looked for unlock quests with every level 80 DoH and DoL I have, to no avail. What am I missing? Is there even an unlock quest at all, or is it something else I haven't done?

Collectable Appraiser, they should be all the way on top. Require books to actually get them, which are bought by yellow. Custom deliver also gives them out.

Have you done the Inscrutable Tastes quest in Morgayne: Foundation - The Lightfeather Proving Grounds (x:10.2, y:10.5)

I figured it out. I was just missing the fact that you apparently get both kinds of scrips for rewards and not just yellow. Thanks for taking the time to try and help, though!
