Ps4, cellphone and Discord voice chat

Hello, i'm not exactly new, but i figured this could help other players too.
I play on Ps4 and from my very limited experience in extreme and savage content i realized that voice chat is almost mandatory and in any case it's very often required in PF.
My questions are:
-if i use Discord voice chat on my phone, what quality should i expect in terms of delay between what is being said and what is happening on screen?
-my PC is not very far from my Ps4, could i use Discord on PC while playing on Ps4? And again, should i expect any delay?

If you are close enough to use discord on a computer, you should do that.

The delay depends where the discord server owner located the server. Cast times in this content are usually 3 seconds or more and the worst timeframe it would probably take is 1 second if everyone's ping is high, so the callouts should still be on time. Fights are mostly scripted so they can anticipate these mechanics before they happen too.

Playstations will be able to use discord by 2022.
