paid from online store but i didnt get the item neither purchase history
Hi i am really confused using support center. i already send report and also check the purchase history and in game moogle. but i didn't get confirmation email for sending support email. i dont know it is send or maybe I should do something.
so i buy item in online store. but i forgot my browser vpn is turn on. so it says error. not long after that i get notification that SE already take money from my bank account. but no purchased history in online store and i dont get any item i bought.
