PVP 3 healers in one team and none on another

Is this working as intended? I'm sure if it is, it's bad development. Heals don't transverse alliances, we need to spot heal. I understand if there are no jobs available it should happen, but if there are enough healers, we need a intelligent system to balance the teams. Nowadays (and it seems forever) this PVP is broken

Just to let you know, you can change job when you are inside the Frontline.....
In which, is it too difficult for you to ask one of the healer to change to something else?
Alternatively, maybe you can change into a healer yourself?

Frontline is unranked / casual, and matchmaking is random and ignore roles. You can change jobs at spawn point even after the match has begun.

Consider changing to healer yourself. Preferably different healers as regen and barrier effects don't stack from duplicate jobs.
