How to find Linkshells and Fellowships? Balmung Server

I know there is a link for it, but I never find what I'm looking for...

For example, I would love to join both Linkshells and Fellowships focused on the following for the Balmung server:

Rare Monster Hunting & Tracking;
Savage, Ultimate, Extremes challenges (synced);
General Chat of the Server (mature & polite);
Eureka & Bozja hard content.

To name a few of the ones I'd want the most. But I can never find such Fellowships or Linkshells... any help, please?

Rare Monster Hunting & Tracking; There's a linkshell for this (bounty hunters)
Savage, Ultimate, Extremes challenges (synced); There's a discord server for this (Crystal raiders, I think, and UCR for ultimates)
General Chat of the Server (mature & polite); Either novice network if you have it, or the Crystal datacenter discord server,
Eureka & Bozja hard content. Discord server (Crystal exploratory missions or Eurekan explorers.)

Unfortunately the in-game social options aren't really used much. :T

How can I join the "Bountyhunters" linkshell, please?

Are the Discord channels you mentioned open and easy to find via the Discord PC App (I'm fairly new to Discord, downloaded it ~2 months ago and rarely use it to be honest).

I can't invite to the bountyhunters unfortunately it's usually pretty full, but the admin does to routine cleanings of the list.

And yeah all the servers should be open.

There's a specific sub-forum for each server where a lot of groups advertise for members and people look for statics/FCs/linkshells. You might try there as well, you'll probably get some responses.
