We need a Notoriety System for Field Notes, These Field Notes drop rates are so freaking low I've been farming all day yesterday and today going from instances to instances grinding down mobs to spawn these Skirmishes and Critical Engagements for the Field Notes and not a single one dropped this whole time especially #43 Field Note Record.
