Scholar changes that would make me happy

Delete Physick.

Adlo:
300 pot to 400pot
1000mp to 800mp

Art of War:
160pot to 200pot + 10 dot 20pot with 10s duration.

Aetherpact:
Fey Union with target party member.

Creates Fey Union with any party member that enters its circle.
(now just a multi target instead of single)
Requires full Fairie Gauge to be AOE.

Fey Blessing:
350pot to 300pot
2 charges of Fey Blessing can be stored.

Consolation now replaces Fey Blessing when Seraph is active.
(coding may be why charged abilities can replace none charge abilities. Changing Fey Blessing to a charge my allow it and give us an extra slot).

Fey Consume: (new ability)
Turn a Single Aether flow charge into 10 Fey Aether.

I would like for it be reworked from the ground up now. Obviously it would retain barrier healer signature abilities and Lily, but otherwise yeah, complete overhaul.

At this point, I agree. They've gutted everything that made them my former favorite job in the game, so it's time for a full rework.

Remove the Damage Reduction part of Scholoton.

Replace it with party-wide Triple Cast (Or something equivalent.)

Movement speed hardly matters by itself, but if you want to create a utility that enables better response to targeting mechanics, you do so by removing the need the stop and cast.

To give some Physical parity, you can provide a small potency bonus to Instant Cast actions (Which would also apply to spells.)

As a rough example

Marching Orders
Ability
Radius: 15y
Recast: 120s
Effect: Increases movement speed of self and allies by 10% for 10s, and applies Nymian Advance for 5s.

Nymian Advance: All Cast Times are reduced by 5s for the duration, and Instant Cast Weaponskills and Spells deal 5% more damage.

A party wide Triplecast is incredibly potent, though not necessarily something you would only ever use for burst windows. You will gain far more damage by utilizing this during an appropriate forced movement window than you will aiming to line it up with every 120s burst window, but you still have the ability to do so if you wish when it is not required.

Replace that peloton thing with a summonable(not on a timer) moonlight carbuncle like alphanaud has. Deals damage of 60 potency.
Abilities 1)Full moon-stay still but makes dps buff and healing input circle :2y
2)Night shadow-Faster gcd recharge 10-15%. It can be the level 90 ability!!! Please Square Enix

Ast stole it first SCH identity was all about prepping heals and shields ahead of time
if anything Sage stole most of Ast stuff than SCH,but no real reason to point fingers at this point.
