Two retainer requests

Hello, I've got two requests for changes to retainers.

1. Allow them to accumulate XP when at max level such that they automatically level up when our characters level up, should they have accumulated sufficient XP.

2. Allow us to take our retainers out in the world with us as Companions. I'd happily feed them Ventures the same way I have to feed my Chocobo Ghysal Greens to keep it fighting with me. Having them as questing or gathering partners would be a lot of fun and a refreshing way to level them up. I want to grab some ales, bait, and spend all day fishing with my buddies, damnit! LOL
