2. I Equip the Artemis bow and wanted go to location
3. Quest have dissapeared as well as location mark

How many quests do you have active in your quest journal? It only shows 4-5 at the most, you'll wanna go through your journal and select a checkmark next to the A Relic Reborn (Artemis Bow) quest listed there to make the quest and location mark appear in the duty list...

Have you tried just queuing for the Hydra battle? I don't think you actually have to visit the location any more.
