heals in sastasha

is there a class that can queue up as a healer under level 30 ?

Yes. Any healer job or class: conjurer, whitemage, scholar, astrologian.
If you queue up for a dungeon below your level, you get synced down.

Conjurer (which becomes white mage).

The others require a higher level. Scholar does not become a healer until you get Arcanist to 30 (which is a DPS).

Astrologian starts at level 30 but requires you to have got to the Heasensward expansion, which is a long way off.

Conjurer/White Mage is the only healer you can have access to the first time you run Sastasha. But Scholar and Astrologian scale down to it once they are unlocked. Scholar is just in an odd place in that regard.
