Unexpected errors during main menu screen(s)

Hello. Recently, I managed to re-install FFXIV on my computer after several "Unable to update game files" errors. It was a slow and arduous process, but when I managed to launch the game, there were several instances of me trying to click the "Data center" button, or to login to my character, and was met with errors like what you would see in this picture:

The codes that appear near the "???+" symbols are randomly generated for each errors, and I can't seem to figure out the reasons why these errors are happening to my client of the game. Any ideas or solutions, please? Thanks in advance!

Does this only happen when the game is started? Do you experience this error any where else? In addition, what have you tried so far to alleviate the issue?
