Suggestion - Legacy Right Mouse Click Option to Turn Character

I know that this system probably has probably worked the same for years now, but it would be nice if legacy controls had an option that made right click work like how does with standard controls, allowing you to spin in place while not moving.

I'm new to the game and I been enjoying playing with legacy controls instead of standard as a nice change of pace, but being able to turn around more precisely would make targeting some AoEs a little easier without relying on auto-target.
